WONDERS | MIRACLES

He performs wonders that cannot be fathomed, miracles that cannot be counted. Job 9:10 (NIV)

A miracle is an event that defies human understanding of the laws of nature. It's when the need and an answer collide but no apparent ‘bridge' was used to bring that provision. God is the Creator of all things so we need to get it straight that He would know the ways bending nature to His will. In my minds-eye, I see a miracle as God folding nature up against itself to provide for someone who needs Him. Philippians 4 speaks of God supplying “all our needs according to His riches in glory.” So why would He withhold from you when He has unlimited resources? Hebrews 11 says that we cannot come to Him “without faith” and He “rewards those that diligently seek him”.

Be one who constantly comes to God. Sometimes the temptation is to work it all out in our own strength and say “look God, I fixed it!” But you do not have the intricate knowledge of this universe the way He does… And He's hungry for the opportunity to be your solution. Whatever it is you're holding onto today, don't hide it away but bring it to the One who “performs wonders that can't be fathomed and miracles that can't be counted”. You'll end up with a story that brings Him glory! Thanks for allowing us to be part of your lives… It makes us feel pretty awesome! God bless…
