The book I've just read: “Good To Great” by Jim Collins – I read this book last week and it's oldie but a goodie. It analyses the companies and leaders of those companies who make the transition from being a good performing company to a way above average company. Even if you're not a leader or into business this is a great insight into what makes high achievement tick. *hint* It's not charisma.
