These words are the encouragement of God to Joshua as he says goodbye to Moses and leads the children of Israel into the promised land – new season, new challenges, uncharted territory. Following God and the plans He has for you, will mean stepping out into the unknown. Doing things that seem way out of your depth and comfort zone. Sometimes it even means stepping into things, confident in His word, but unsure of how it will actually work. This is living in the God-zone!!! But when there’s no way except God, then all the glory is His and YOU KNOW you’re living in His will. It’s uncomfortable. It’s exciting. It’s an adventure and it means letting go of the control and the fear and trusting that God is going before you.
‘The God Gap’ is when it’s impossible for you but if it comes off, nobody but God can get the glory! While I’m writing this I really feel the Holy Spirit prompting to speak to anyone journeying the unknown… you’ve found yourself in a position you never thought you would be in… It’s simple and it’s this scripture: “For the Lord your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.” – We absolutely love you guys and are so committed to using His Word to uplift, inspire and encourage you all.
