“…but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isa 40:31 NLT)

‘Hope' is THE most powerful motivator for the human condition. When there's barely any life left in a person, ‘hope' can be the reserve tank of fuel that keeps them alive…that final burst of strength to win the battle. The spirit of ‘hope' is woven throughout the entire word of God calling us onto higher thinking, feelings and actions, pulling us up from where we are at. Hope is also the complete opposite to fear. Both motivate, however fear depletes our energy reserves while hope fills them. Notice this passage in Isaiah says “those who hope on the Lord…” – when your hope is in the Source of Hope then no matter what storms come toward you, like an eagle you'll ride the thermals and soar above them. Whatever odds are against you today, renew your strength by finding hope in God. You'll find that what should happen naturally (exhaustion and weariness) will be replaced by what happens supernaturally (energy and vitality). Have a hope-filled and blessed day…
