“But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, and he will stand upon the earth at last. (Job 19:25 NLT)

Man…if any of us suffers from discouragement and the “woe is me” feelings…just read the Book of Job! It puts whatever you're going though in perspective and usually makes it seem small! And through all of this, Job still praised God. Still put Him first. When our earthly desires and well-being are being crushed who we are, is determined by what comes out of us. Is it bitterness or resentment toward others? Is it wishing your life, the God-given life you have, was different. It can be tough but when we lay ourselves aside and put Jesus first then, and only then, God really gets the glory from our lives. We all say it too…”God, I want my life to give you glory!” but it's when times are tough and you're walking through the valley, and darkness is all around, that His light is seen brightest. That light will get covered up when we focus on our own well-being in those moments. We've learned pretty quickly, that the enemy wants to stomp out @pocketfuel – why? because it represents His Word and light going out to people (well that's our intention any way) and bringing them hope. We've determined to not let him have his way but to let God have His way in us and despite all opposition…all uncomfortableness in our flesh and all distraction we WILL shine His light. We will bring His word. I'm sure most of you want the same from your lives so don't be discouraged. You don't serve a “dead redeemer” but one who rose again from the grave to conquer hell and death and bring you life…and bring Him glory! Let His glory shine from you, whatever your circumstance today. Don't allow your flesh (and the enemy, through it) to trump the overcoming power of God in you! We love you guys and are so grateful to be on this journey with you…Pray! Pray! Pray! that He uses you for His glory today…God bless…
