The other day I had ‘one of those days'… Felt like I was hitting a brick wall all day! Nothing too drastic happened, it was just challenging. Before I knew it, it was late afternoon, I was exhausted and more than a tad cranky. Whenever I'm emotionally wired like that, that's when all the negative thoughts flood my brain… ‘it's always going to like this'… ‘it's too hard'… ‘when will I catch a break'… I seem to forecast the rest of my life based of a moment. Lamentations 3 says “the faithful love of the Lord NEVER ends – His mercies are new every morning – Great is His faithfulness”… Whatever is going on this day – tomorrow is a new one – full of new opportunities, new life and renewed promises. Whether your challenges are all consuming or small, Gods love, mercy and faithfulness never tire… They are always fresh – Like the start of a brand new day. Much love. xo
