“He has made everything beautiful in its time…” (Ecc 3:11)
God's timing is not always to our plan or desires…but it is perfect! When things come within the season God has ordained, they have a beauty and an ease about them. They function to their best ability. Think about driving a car. Would you feel confident if you knew that there were 8 year olds out on the road driving? No! Why? Because there is a season where a person's maturity level can't handle that kind of responsibility. Yes I'm sure there are some 8 year olds who think they can handle it but for the safety and comfort of every road user there is a season of life they must enter before they are allowed! Perhaps you're waiting for the door to open to a particular season in your life…maybe marriage, or starting a business or even a ministry opportunity…don't force it open before it's time. You'll get what you want, but it won't be fruitful or ripe as it's not in season! Wanting summer to come in the middle of winter only causes frustration…it doesn't make the sun shine! And winter has its purpose in the cycle of everything. Wherever you're at today, allow God to speak to you about what beauty it's bringing into your life now and for your future. Let the rhythms of grace open the doors to the season you so desire…it will come! Don't miss the beauty in THIS season! Love you friends
