It was for Love that God sent His son, Jesus, to the earth. It was for love that Jesus died on the cross and rose again that we may be able to know Him and live in eternity with Him. It was for love… Everything God does, says and is, is motivated and comes from the purest love. His love for us is so feirce, so loyal, pure and true that He fought hell and death for our very souls, and won. Our ultimate hero. Sometimes, we loose sight of this… We use the word of God to divide, to expose, to point out, to highlight, to measure – but God didn't send Jesus to point the finger, to tell the world what's wrong with it, to expose us all… In fact the word of God says many times over that “love covers a multitude of sin”. I have had such trouble believing that Gods ultimate plan for my life is to be loved by Him… But it is. A true and noble father, my Saviour and friend, my comforter and guide… Closer than a brother, faithful even when faced with faithlessness, is God. He does not judge you or condemn you… or others… He came not to point the finger, but to help, to set things right again… in the earth on a grand scale… and in your heart and soul, grander still… xo
