God is good and He does good. We have a future and a hope in Him… abundant life, a supernatural peace, forgiveness, redemption, pure eternal spiritual freedom and more. Fear does feature in any part of Gods plan for our lives. 2 Tim 1:7 says “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Fear comes from the enemy and its sole purpose is to keep us from moving forward and into all that God has for us. What HAS been given to us trumps fear! We have the spirit of the living God – His power, the same power that raised Christ from the dead ( Romans 8:11) – living within us. The love of God – unconditional, full of Grace, so wide, long, high and deep that we cannot measure or contain it (Eph 3:18) – big enough to carry our lives, is ours… His tender all powerful affection is set on us. And he has given us a sound mind – YES he has – a mind that responds to faith and can be transformed by His very word (Romans 12:2). When fear attacks, remember what Jesus HAS given – bought for you on the cross – and don't give fear a moments rule in your heart. It's not from God and you were designed to sore above it. I know it can be a challenge, and it's easy to talk about overcoming fear, but we believe you can do it today, tomorrow, and for all your days in Jesus name.
