Fear is something that every human faces, but like sin, God never ever intended for you to “live in fear” or be afraid. One of my “go-to” verses is 2 Tim 1:7 which says “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and a sound mind.” – God has not given you fear! Turn on your awareness and keep watch for it. Most of us live with fear because we've accepted it and just put up with it…but it's not from God, so why keep it around? Fear limits, cuts down and pulls back the God-potential of your life. It's a weapon the enemy uses to separate you from it. That verse goes on to say that He's given us a “sound mind” which means that the spirit of fear (which is opposite to what He gives us) is actually craziness. It doesn't come from rational thinking or trusting in God. Most problems and issues people face can be traced back to a spirit of fear. So today, with the help of the Holy Spirit, serve fear an eviction notice. Literally tell it “you're no longer welcome here”. Cut it out of your life and step confidently into the plans God has for you…it will powerfully transform you. Much love…
