Don't run from your pain.
I know.
I know.
But don't run from your pain.
Breath.
Run into the arms of Love in your pain.
Nothing else is more important.
Nothing else is more transformative.
It's only the heart that is willing to break that healing flows from.
I know how hard that is.
I know how much it hurts.
I wish there were another way.
I wish it weren't in losing our life that we find it.
I wish there were Resurrection without crucifixion.
Everything in society wants to give an answer or an escape from the ground zero of our suffering that promises to transform us if we let Love walk us through it.
So,
Breathe.
Don't fight back the tears.
Welcome them as a gift.
Let them anoint you,
let them invite you,
let them welcome you
into mercy.
Breath.
Blessed are those who enter into their pain,
into the pain of the world.
It's there that we undergo the comfort
of sharing in Compassion.
Breath.
In weeping, we see clearly.
In our hearts breaking, they can beat for a new world of healing-justice.
There is a word spoken to you who have lost everything,
“Don’t run from suffering; embrace it.”
Hear Love whisper,
“Follow me, I’ll show you how.”
