There is always pressure to think, feel, believe and act a certain way.
There are billboards everywhere telling us what we should look like, what to drink and eat… There are TV shows and personalities suggesting what our thoughts should be on things like politics, sex, drugs, family… There are influences everywhere fighting for your attention… Presenting a pattern for you to replicate. Don’t get sucked into the back hole of worldly living. It’s marketed so well, but the pattern of it time and time again through history and in the lives of many, leads to empty, unfulfilled living.
Don’t fall into the trap of following the crowd.
One of the key ways to do this is to know your convictions – what do you believe, what does the bible say on matters of sex, drugs, money, family etc. Let the word of God transform your mind, anchor your heart and direct your spirit, showing you the pattern that was created for you to live long before you were born. Your purpose and destiny has not been designed by the world and its standards, but by God himself who loves you, empowers you and cheers you on day in, day out. Don’t be different for difference sake. But go against the flow because it is Gods will for you to do so. Be a light in the dark, be the joy and strength in broken and hard places, be the voice of hope amongst the hopeless. Don’t conform, don’t become a carbon copy of a fallen broken world…
Be the difference, be the change, be who God has created and called you to be. You can do it!! Big love xxoo

I really don’t understand your logic.
I read “Don’t be a conformist, follow the bible and all your pre-conceived convictions about the world.”, Or rephrased be religious. You are a pattern of this world, and you represent the majority of people in this world.
I can see how you really think religion is a better influence. However religion is nothing but a projection of what the religious people want, and that also has proven to be harmful and manipulative.
If you want to find meaning (religious or not) you have to start by questioning your own convictions and not be afraid to reject them or consider different ones.
The more open and honest you are with yourself the more you understand what you are and why. Religion can be a tool to get there but there are many more, philosophy, education, meditation, and also trial and error. Don’
t limit yourself to just one tool that has many limitations.

I think you misunderstood the word of God.It is simple.I am born in this world with my own choice to close.I chose to be a Christian.Why? Because all I need is in the precious word of God So I don’t have to meditate,or mix my personal belief with the Bible.The pattern of the world is simple.To live as you think ‘the best way’ you think it is.So what is the problem with it? It has so many defects…You will live your path with a limited trial and error human mind so that whatever you do,you’ll take all the responsibilities.Instead of playing your ONE short life by just trying to answer what life is,there is a life that gives perfection.Jesus Christ is the only hope you have because I personally sense it Eventhough I tries some other religious books and philosophies. There is no other faith or thought in the world where you have an Everlasting life just by taking the work done by the Lord who died on that cross.Everything else including meditation,philosophy, and all regions require your effort which says work,work and work and finally everything else become like a software,you have to update your philosophy because it will no longer be logical.Christ surpassed every philosophy, thinking and imagination of this world and rest in him.

Don’t believe the Christan Sophists, there isn’t free ride in Christianity. As James Said “Faith Without Works Is Dead”… you have to work unceasingly, without laps and on every trial, you have to say, like Jesus, “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.”
What is a Christan but an imitator of Christ? Imitates Christ in thought, word and deed, as far as is possible for human beings.., show us the God within you be Humbel, dispassionate and a light to all. There is no other God, not in heaven or earth higher than the God within you.
What is grace?
If you read my work often, you’ll see that I encourage people to “do the work.” But the work will never be genuine if we’re working to attain approval or belonging. We work with our lives from a sense of already belonging, of already being beloved, of already being approved. That’s what Jesus did. Your kind of faith, sorry to say, sounds exhausting. I’ve lived it and its unsustainable. Life isn’t a free ride. It is what you make it. And the truest way for me to make it meaningful and deep and true is to accept the grace I’ve been freely given, and live my life all the way through. SO how do you follow a path not of the world if you have to conform to the world to make money so you can do it? There are no grants or free money to get you there, so its really a no win situation.
