He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies. (Psalms 103:4 NLT) ”

Through the power of the cross, you and I share in an inheritance greater than we could ever deserve. In the last part of this series we talked on how everyone's on a journey. It's actually the sin-nature in us that puts a sliding scale on how good or bad a person is, but Jesus redeems us from death and crowns us with His mercies. The knowledge of good and evil unleashed on us through sin changes the nature of the way God intended us to live, which was eating the fruit from the Tree of Life. The challenge is to look at others through the filter God intended, not a scale from good to evil but one of absolute life. A life that has purpose, meaning and value! No matter how good or bad a person is they are made in the image of God. No matter how good or bad a person is, their life was was paid for in full, by Jesus death. The same price paid for every person, yourself included. If He crowns us with love and tender mercies, then so too should we extend the same upon those around us. We're all on a journey and though we all haven't reached perfection His mercies make up the difference. Today recognise that you are crowned with His love and mercy. Also recognise and treat others out of that same grace. You'll change their day and yours too…decide for it to be an awesome one! Love you all…
