I’ve heard of, and experienced, many testimonies where a need has been prayed for and the answer has shown up right on time. But what has made it so much more miraculous is the ‘travel-time’ for the provision indicates that it was often sent before the prayer was made! Obviously God working outside of time to provide on-time.
It’s hard for us linear beings to completely fathom the concept that God lives above and can work through all time, but it is absolutely who He is. He is the Alpha and the Omega… the beginning and the end. He has the ability to intersect time at any juncture but often, it’s our limited understanding of Him, that narrows Him down to only being able to operate within our time frames and finite abilities. Hear me in this, He is able to do all things… nothing is impossible for Him HOWEVER the way we perceive Him will limit how it outworks in our lives. “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you” James 4:8 says. It’s where you're positioned – how you see God – that determines how His supernatural power will reveal itself in our lives.
For example, how many non-believers do you know that have experienced a miracle and attribute it to God? Most that don’t believe won’t see.
Hebrews 11 says that it’s by faith we come to God and that He rewards those that do! It’s not about good and bad; it’s about what you believe and choose to act on. The woman with ‘the issue of blood' believed Jesus would heal her and so acted on her belief. Imagine if she didn’t!
What do you believe about God? What limits need to come off your understanding so that you can experience Him more fully? What actions do you need to take on your beliefs?
It’s a lot to think about, but it will transform the way you outwork each day in your life.
